Project Manager - Supply Chain at Curtiss Wright EMD

We are looking for a Project Manager – Supply Chain to join our Pittsburgh (Cheswick) location.

Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for the performance of relatively small to mid-sized projects or a definable portion of larger projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Salary: $99,000 - $143,000.00 ​ per year

Your Challenge:

• Plans, initiates and manages small to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.
• Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core projects.
• Develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining resources effectively.
• Communicates regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and issues. Resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways.
• Conducts project reviews and adapts strategies as needed to respond to changing requirements.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent with appropriate course complete to support a project management team.
• Five (5) to seven years of related experience
• Experience with generator design fundamentals, including magnetic bearings
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAS, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies and techniques (5-whys, cause mapping, PFMEA, 8D, etc.)
• Project management or project leadership experience
• Excellent organization, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
• Project Management Professional Certification (preferred)
• Due to DoD requirements, candidates must be US citizens.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance.
