Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases and participants in a construction project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Position every project for Owner success and Bobbitt success.
· Accompany the Sales Team on sales interviews as needed.
· Assist and collaborate with the Preconstruction Team for constructability and budget reviews.
· Develop schedules and cost-effective plans for completion of any assigned project during Preconstruction and Construction.
· Originate all Subcontracts and Purchase Orders in accordance with Bobbitt standards.
· Develop a cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.
· Coordinate and schedule the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.
· Regularly inspect work for quality and timeliness; prepare and provide progress reports to owners and architects; make recommendations for necessary modifications.
Preferred Knowledge, Experience & Competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required.
· At least eight years Project Management experience.
