Job Title: Project Superintendent - Structural Concrete, Steel Etc. 
Job Location: Phoenix, AZ 
Salary: Competitive Salary ($100,000 - $140,000 DOE), 100% Paid Benefits, 401k match etc. 
Requirements: 5+ Years' Superintendent experience in concrete or structural construction. 

Position Overview
The Lead Project Superintendent will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of multifamily and commercial construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the construction team to ensure all project goals are met.
  • Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to keep the project on track.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in in concrete or structural construction for commercial or multifamily projects
  • Strong background managing CIP concrete, precast, and/or structural steel installations.
  • Good understanding of sequencing and production planning for large-scale structures.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or similar are a plus.
