Description:
Direct Counsel is seeking a Projects & Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join a leading international law firm with a top-ranked U.S. practice. The firm is hiring two junior to mid-level associates to support its market-leading Projects & Infrastructure group, which focuses on project finance and development transactions, particularly in the renewable energy and power sectors.
Ideal candidates will have:
2 to 6 years of relevant experience at a sophisticated law firm
A strong academic background from a well-regarded law school
Substantial experience in project finance, energy, and infrastructure matters
Familiarity with renewable energy and power project transactions preferred
A collaborative approach and the ability to work across multiple offices
Additional Information:
The team is highly collaborative and cross-office in structure
The firm offers competitive compensation, with salaries ranging from $235,000 to $390,000 depending on experience and qualifications
