If interested please reach out directly to [email protected] or call/text 301-252-8762 Property Administrator Senior Bethesda, Maryland ONSITE -Monitor the ZEN inventory database for changes and updates -Intake and receive new equipment orders, which includes accounting for all pieces in delivery, inputting into inventory database, and relocation to a storage area until ready for deployment. -Coordinate vendor returns with the Network Services team and NIH property management team -Transport property from off site warehouse to main work site -Operate standard warehouse equipment Implement quality management measures to evaluate the Inventory Database -Utilize existing analytical methods and techniques for specific corrective measures and develop new approaches to resolve complex inaccuracies -Provide inventory recommendations on immediate needs to management -Perform on-going project-based assignments -Maintain Smartnet contract (additions and removals) working with Cisco POC -Implement modifications and revisions for procedures to improve the efficiency of daily operations Experience: -5+ years of related experience. -Required Technical Skills: -Proficiency with MS Office Productivity Tools (i.e. Excel, Word) -Experience with Service ticketing systems -Experience with inventory databases -Experience with operating 24ft trucks -Experience operating forklift and pallet jacks Required Skills and Abilities: -Inventory management, communication, self starter #LI-KA1 #DI-KS1 #M2 Ref: #850-Rockville (ALTA IT)
