Property Administrator Coordinator – Sorrento Valley, CA
A well-established firm in Sorrento Valley is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Administrator Coordinator to join their team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop and grow within a professional, collaborative environment. The role is a minimum 6-month contract and requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team

  • Assist with tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordination

  • Prepare and process service requests, purchase orders, and invoices

  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and building documentation

  • Support budgeting, reporting, and financial tracking for assigned properties

  • Coordinate meetings, inspections, and maintenance schedules

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred)

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, commercial real estate, or office administration

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Position Details:

  • Location: Sorrento Valley, CA

  • Type: 6-month contract role

  • Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm PST

  • Compensation: $28-$37 per hour DOE
