We’re hiring a Property Management Field Agent to join our growing team. This position serves as the eyes and ears of HNN Atlanta in the field—conducting inspections, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring our properties meet our company’s high standards.

No real estate license required. Reliable vehicle and prior property management or real estate experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine inspections of rental properties with photo and written documentation.
• Deliver tenant notices and other official communications in the field.
• Meet and coordinate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and inspectors.
• Verify completion and quality of work; report property conditions to management.
• Assist with property showings and light leasing support as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with tenants, vendors, and property managers.
• Uphold HNN’s values of honesty, dependability, and professionalism in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
• Experience in property management, leasing, inspections, or a related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective communicator—professional, respectful, and customer-focused.
• Tech-savvy with mobile apps and photo documentation tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
• Willingness to travel throughout Metro Atlanta (inside and outside the Perimeter).
