GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

We are currently hiring a Provider Relations Representative

Summary: One of our blue cross blue shield clients is seeking Provider Relations Representative to support the Provider Relations team in triaging provider concerns such as issue resolution, provider education regarding the company’s lines of businesses and claims processing needs.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Provider Relations/Engagement
• Experience and understanding of the healthcare claims lifecycle from the provider’s perspective: including processes such as provider credentialing, network setup, prior authorizations, billing, claims submission, adjudication, and payment.
• MS Office experience (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills (Presents ideas well, communicates clearly, has good customer service approach)
• Experience with any claims processing or care management platform

Location : Hybrid, 1-2 times a month onsite in Maryland offices.
