Initial assessment and patients will then be passed onto the LCSW team, next visits will be for follow-up and prescription refills. Truly integrated healthcare approachQUALIFICATIONS:- CA license REQUIRED- 1-year experience in an ambulatory care setting REQUIRED- Experience in FQHC PREFERRED- Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) PREFERRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
