Psychiatry physician employment in Connecticut : A hospital employed community-based practice in Hartford County is currently seeking a licensed Psychiatrist for a promising position with their growing team. About the Opportunity Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Setting: Outpatient Call: Light rotated telephone call Responsibilities: The Psychiatrist will Prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers Discuss care plans and progress in collaborative team approach model Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results Maintain complete and accurate medical records Review patient's history and perform physical examination Evaluate, diagnose and provide appropriate treatment and patient care for disorders and diseases Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Current unrestricted CT medical license Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO) DEA / BLS / ACLS Your privacy is important to us.
