Behavioral Healthcare Corporation, (www.bhc-pa.com) a Lancaster, PA based, premier provider of site based and mobile multi-disciplinary mental health services, is seeking an experienced Part Time and/or Full Time (24-40hrs, 3-5 days a week) Psychotherapists for Lancaster County, PA.

Requirements:

·        Master’s degree including practicum/internship and relevant clinical, Licensed preferred.

·        Minimum of 2 years post graduate relevant psychiatric clinical experience.

·        Prior clinical experience working with a multidisciplinary team.

·        The ability to quickly build a rapport with colleagues and clients alike.

• Creative problem solving and multitasking skills.
• The ability to discuss one’s own limitations and mistakes.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Maintaining a sense of humor during demanding moments.
• Bilingual preferred
