TITLE: QA/QC MANAGER, Cx
LOCATION: Remote
POSITION SUMMARY:
CPG is looking for a self-motivated QA/QC Manager, Cx to support and provide project administration and inspection activities of large-scale data center projects. This position will report into the and covers all quality control aspects of construction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* On-site Quality Assurance / Quality Control for assigned construction projects
* Witnessing and reviewing site inspections
* Ensure general contractor is in compliance with contractual and owner quality requirements
* Implement multiple levels of quality control for various and concurrent trades
* Produce detailed reports as required
* Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status
* Review work prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken
* Review inspection reports for compliance
* Assist the site Project Manager in the administration and oversight of the quality control program
* Prepare nonconformance reports to Project Manager and assist in developing corrective actions
* Coordinate with the End User QC inspectors for the resolution of site problems
* Coordinate with site subcontractors to deliver quality expectations
* Assist the site subcontractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation
* Attend the meetings as required
* Review submittals, RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project related materials
* Prepare QC punch lists and coordinate punch list completion with subcontractors
* Assist in closeout documentation preparation as needed
* Support the CM team in managing the project
* Provide oversight of the MEP coordinator function on projects
* Keeps all relative parties informed, via standardized communication protocol and tracking documents.
* Operate within Procore for all reporting and project tracking
* Manage Submittals, RFI's and documentation from internal team members
* Work with onsite client team.
* Additional duties may be assigned as need at Management's direction
* Manage document process and coordination of subcontractors
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
* Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
* Construction / Engineering / Architectural Degree a plus
* Working knowledge of Project Management tools - Procore.
* 3 years of experience in construction projects required, 5 years preferred
* Datacenter experience is mandatory
* Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a benefit
Computer Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications such as: Excel, Word, and Outlook
Certificates and Licenses:
* No certificates or licenses required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
* Directly supervises 2 or more employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Pay Range: $110,439 - $165,691 per year
