What You'll Be Doing

  • Perform routine testing of concrete and raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Document and report test results accurately and promptly
  • Assist in troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration standards are met
  • Collaborate with plant and field personnel to support quality initiatives
  • Support general labor tasks around the plant as needed, including assisting with physical duties

What Are We Looking For

  • Understanding of concrete materials and testing procedures
  • Ability to follow standardized testing protocols and safety guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in field and plant environments with varying conditions
  • Strong math skills, particularly in algebra, to support accurate testing, mix adjustments, and data analysis

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

  • Competitive base salary $50,320 - $59,130
