Superintendent / Quality Control Manager (Dual Hat Role)

Responsibilities:- Oversee daily field operations on active federal construction sites.
- Manage subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure schedule adherence.
- Handle RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and project documentation.
- Maintain compliance with EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and federal specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and government stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of federal construction experience (USACE, NAVFAC, DOD).
- Proven ability to manage both Superintendent and QCM responsibilities.
- Certifications: OSHA 30, USACE CQM, CPR/AED, and familiarity with EM 385-1-1.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Illinois (relocation assistance provided).
