Quality Assurance Specialist at System One

Quality Assurance Spec Pittsburgh, PA Contract-to-Hire Industry Focus • Finance / Banking • Asset Management (High-End Clientele) Job Responsibilities: • Review user stories in development and ensure alignment with business requirements. • Execute manual test cases and validate system functionality. • Create and maintain automated test scripts to streamline regression testing and deployments. • Prepare release documentation and coordinate test execution cycles. • Collaborate with central QE approvers to define test strategies and quality standards. • Support change management processes from development to production. • Contribute to continuous improvement within Agile/Scrum teams. Must Have Skills: • 5+ years of Quality Assurance / Testing experience. • Strong experience in Jira Xray, Confluence, and SonarQube. • Hands-on with Selenium automation and JUnit frameworks. • Knowledge of Angular (Front-End) and Java (Back-End) environments. • Experience executing and automating test cases within Agile delivery teams. • Excellent communication and documentation skills (train-the-trainer mindset). • Bachelor’s degree required. Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with financial or banking applications. • Prior work with Bank or AML-related testing.
