Title: Quality Improvement Abstractor
Duration: 4 Months

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Will be required to complete training/testing on HEDIS measures (3 attempts). Required score of 95% to pass.
- Will perform independent review of medical records and abstract and overread based on HEDIS measure standards.
- Critical thinking required in order to apply available resources and references to chart reviews.
- Will attend meetings.
- Experience with MS Teams is preferred.
- Computer literacy is a must. This project requires the use of multiple software platforms. Data entry and tracking in Excel, Microsoft Applications, Sharepoint, QMRM(QSHR), Citrix, etc.

| Required Certifications: | Texas LVN/RN | Required Testing: | Excel proficiency test with a score of 100% | ||||
