WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO
Perform quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process assemblies, finished goods, and returned materials in accordance with written and verbal instructions.
Record and document inspection results on standardized forms and prepare concise reports using provided templates.
Prepare Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) for Quality Engineering review and customer release.
Operate and maintain automated visual inspection systems, ensuring proper calibration and data accuracy.
Conduct detailed visual assessments using magnification tools such as loupes and microscopes to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Track and maintain records for all incoming and internal non-conforming materials, documenting from initial identification through final disposition.
Support Operations and R&D teams by providing timely inspection results and feedback to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in a shipping, receiving, or quality inspection role (domestic and international experience preferred)
Proficiency with common shipping and logistics platforms, including UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise inspection and documentation procedures
Prior experience performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory control records
Forklift certification or experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and teamwork
