Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM-5 PM

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

• Know-How: High school diploma or GED required. Training or experience in production or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience: 5 years+ in inspection and/or quality control.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the small stuff that keeps the big stuff moving.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift up to 35 lbs when needed.

A Day on the Job

In this Quality Manager role in Dayton, you'll be the person keeping it all in check.

• Oversee Quality Management System
• Provide continuous education to employees on the Quality Management System
• Coordinate safety inspections, document findings, and implement corrective action plans
• Ensure compliance with national & international standards and legislation
• Write technical & management systems reports
• Assess the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and compare with customer requirements
• Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues.
