What You'll Do

·       Perform quality tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products

·       Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

·       Document test results and maintain accurate quality records

·       Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues

·       Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality

Basic Qualifications

·       High school diploma, GED or equivalent on-the-job experience

·       Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and procedures

·       Proficiency with measuring instruments and testing equipment

·       Ability to lift 25 pounds

·       Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications

·       Previous Quality experience
