What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and execute product validation of Synopsys PrimeTime, focusing on requirements and functional specifications as well as real-world customer use cases.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive validation plans aligned with technical roadmaps.
• Define, manage, and communicate the scope, schedule, and risks associated with validation objectives.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis on incoming customer issues, identify product weak areas, and proactively test to improve product quality.
• Recommend and drive improvements in implementation and validation processes, leveraging feedback from field teams and customers.
• Provide technical recommendations, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to ensure product readiness for deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential validation challenges.
• Analyze validation data to spot trends, discrepancies, and actionable areas for product enhancement.
• Prepare and present detailed validation reports to multi-functional teams and management.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all validation activities.

What You'll Need:

• Deep domain expertise in Static Timing Analysis, with practical experience in Synopsys PrimeTime.
• Proficiency in timing analysis, ECO flows, Extraction, power analysis, SDC constraints, advanced OCV concepts, derates, PBA timing, distributed and hierarchical STA flows, and/or physical design closure.
• Strong debugging skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Advanced software and scripting abilities, including Perl, Tcl, and Python.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years' professional experience.
