Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time 
  • Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($50,000 - $150,000+ potential) - Non-Salaried 
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, Professional development assistance 
  • Schedule: Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability 
  • Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
  • Location: Tucson & Surrounding Areas (Northwest Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Catalina Foothills)

  • Diligently follow up with provided leads and cultivate new relationships.
  • Actively participate in all training, coaching, and mentorship programs.
  • Utilize our cutting-edge technology and CRM systems effectively.
  • Conduct buyer/seller consultations with confidence under the guidance of your mentor.
  • Provide exceptional, client-first service throughout every transaction.

Qualifications:

  • Active (or soon-to-be) Arizona Real Estate License
  • A strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with excellent time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to embrace new tools and systems.


Compensation details: 50000-150000 Yearly Salary
