Construction Litigation Associate Attorney (Mid to Senior Level)
Location: Miami, FL
Work Type: Onsite

Compensation: Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in construction-related litigation, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay claims.
Handle real estate litigation matters connected to development projects and large-scale commercial construction.
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
Conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and engage in oral advocacy before courts.
Manage cases independently or in collaboration with national trial teams.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or real estate litigation.
Strong legal research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills required.
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex casework.
Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.
