Real Estate Associate Attorney - Hybrid at Talent Search PRO

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in the Atlanta office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on a broad range of complex real estate transactions, while gaining meaningful client exposure and leadership responsibility.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of broad-based real estate experience, strong academic credentials, and prior law firm training. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-profile clients, including lenders, developers, owners, and investorsacross all major asset classes, such as office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate properties.
Draft and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and development and joint venture contracts.
Coordinate closings and manage due diligence, including title and survey review, land use/zoning analysis, and entity formation.
Advise clients on construction, operational, and asset management matters.
Mentor junior associates and oversee transaction workflows to ensure quality and timeliness.

Requirements:
Technical Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sophisticated real estate practice.
Background in handling transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
Lender-side financing experience is a plus, though not required.
Prior law firm experience is required.
Admission to the Georgia State Bar, in good standing.
