Real Estate Associate (Junior to Mid-Level) - S.F. at Direct Counsel

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm in the search for a 2nd to 4th year Associate to join its Real Estate Practice in San Francisco. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of commercial real estate matters for clients across industries in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures, and development projects.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and related documents.

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients on transaction structuring and deal execution.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Contribute to strategic planning and provide guidance on real estate matters.

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial real estate law; large firm experience preferred.

• Strong academic background and admitted to the California Bar.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to take on significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
