About the Role:
Our client seeks a Real Estate Land Use Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their Austin office. This role is ideal for proactive, dynamic attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex land use issues, including zoning and planning, land-use entitlements, variances, platting and subdivision, and city development contracts

• Navigate and apply local land development codes

• Attend in-person zoning and planning meetings

• Provide strategic guidance and articulate legal strategies to clients

• Manage multiple projects under pressure with exceptional judgment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferred)

• Active Texas Bar license or commitment to obtain promptly

• Excellent academic credentials and professional references

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
