Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to support our legal team in handling various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing documents, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions
  • Conduct title searches and review title reports
  • Prepare closing documents and coordinate closings
  • Assist in the drafting and filing of real estate litigation documents
  • Research property laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Maintain and organize case files and documentation
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in transactions
  • Support estate planning and trust administration as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate
  • Knowledge of business law, commercial litigation, and real estate regulations
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with estate planning and elder law is a plus
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
