Summary:
The Receptionist provides general office support and directs communications.Qualifications:Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment.

Job Functions

  • Answer and route incoming calls; provide information and take messages.
  • Handle copying, faxing, and mailing tasks.
  • Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional manner.
  • Support the office manager and assist with special projects as assigned.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • Knowledge of general office practices and techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, employees and visitors.
  • Skilled in the use of computers and the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
