A Holmes Lumber (a division of Carter Lumber) Receptionist answers all incoming calls. Performs clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing. An outgoing personality and strong customer service skills are vital for this position.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Excellent telephone skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and able to work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Receptionist
- Promptly answers and directs incoming phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once, with various deadlines.
- Greets visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner and alerts proper party regarding their arrival.
- Assists with clerical duties as needed such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, etc.
