We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team!

Be the welcoming voice and first point of contact for our company! You'll handle incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the right department or paging team members as needed. Beyond the phones, you'll provide vital office support across the company using your organizational and computer skills to keep things running smoothly. You'll also get the chance to assist customers at the front counter, offering friendly, knowledgeable service and creating a positive experience.

Job Title: Receptionist

Pay: Depending On Experience

Work hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Self starter that's eager to learn
• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Superior customer service skills
• Professional communication; written and verbal
• Well organized and the ability to work independently
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multi task and strong attention to detail
• Capable of working in a fast paced environment
• Collaborates well with others

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years relevant experience
