12. Maintain the Office Calendar*
13. Support Office Staff in Essential Functions*
14. Update Assigned Customers with all pertinent market information*
15. Distribute Price Catalogs Internally & Externally*
16. Interface with the warehouse and dispatch to provide quality customer service*
17. Contributes to Counter Sales and Order Taking*
18. Assist in light clean-up*

Overview
Office Assistant – The Ultimate Team Player
This is a high-impact, all-in-one role combining reception, admin support, inside sales, and light accounting. You’ll be the friendly face and voice of the company—connecting with customers in person and over the phone, while keeping the office running smoothly.
Our modern office is attached to a large warehouse and supply yard—one of the area's top spots for roofing and building materials. Customers swing by for will-call pickups or schedule on-site deliveries.

Responsibilities
1. Answer/Transfer incoming calls*
2. Update Sales Orders/Credit Memos*
3. Match Updated Sales Orders/Credit Memos with Warehouse Copies
4. Organize and Turn in Sales Orders/Credit Memos to Accounting
5. Enter Will Call/Delivery Sales Orders/Credit Memos*
6. Receive Inventory*
7. Investigate PO Questions with Purchaser/Accounting*
8. Organize and Turn in Packing Slips to Accounting*

Qualifications and Skills

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence.
- Able to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Skills
- Proficient in basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Skills
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions.
- Capable of solving problems involving a limited number of concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
- Proficient with word processing, email, spreadsheet, inventory, and database software.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:45AM - 4:00PM)
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 Hourly
