As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and welcoming voice that sets the tone for everyone who visits or calls L2 Brands. You’ll keep our office humming — from greeting guests and managing calls to supporting team events and day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome visitors and answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth

• Manage mail, supplies, and visitor logs

• Assist customers with order pick-ups

• Coordinate and help plan fun company events and activities

• Support our HR team and contribute to a positive, connected workplace

You’ll report directly to our Director of Human Resources and play an essential part in maintaining our people-first culture.

• Are skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Can juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and calm

• Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally

• Are dependable, proactive, and love being part of a team

• Bring positivity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to everything you do

• Live our core values and mission

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Light lifting (up to 20 lbs.)

• Based in our friendly, professional Hanover office
