We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle phone systems, provide administrative support, and maintain office organization, perform clerical tasks, and assist with event planning,
Responsibilities - Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel - Manage office tasks and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation - Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning documents- Utilize computer skills to create spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
Skills- Proficiency in phone systems and handling multiple lines - Computer literacy with proficiency in Mac driven Microsoft Office Suite. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of event planning principles is a plus- Excellent clerical skills and attention to detail- Ability to proofread documents for errors or inconsistencies- Experience in filing paperwork both physically and digitally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
