Founded in 2011, DCPS is a commercial property services contractor providing services to over 1,100 clients. DCPS leverages unparalleled customer service to be the leading, one-stop provider of commercial property services in Colorado. With multiple offices, more than 300 employees, and 7 divisions – Asphalt and Concrete, Waterproofing and Specialty Coatings, Roofing, Snow Removal and Parking Lot Sweeping, Landscaping, and Construction, DCPS provides specialized, integrated service-solutions to commercial property owners and managers.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact for our office and to play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This role combines front desk responsibilities, office management duties, and administrative support for our sales team. The role will also involve helping to plan 4-5 corporate activities through the year.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and enjoys balancing people-facing tasks with behind-the-scenes coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and route phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and meeting spaces.
Manage visitor sign-ins and assist with meeting room coordination.
Office Management & Administration
Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment as needed.
Coordinate office lunches, team meetings, and catering orders.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers.
Assist with onboarding of new employees (desk setup, key cards, welcome kits, etc.).
Ensure the office environment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Sales & Marketing Support
Order branded merchandise (“swag”) and coordinate shipments for events and clients.
Assist with planning and logistics for sales events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Track and manage company memberships, sponsorships, and subscriptions.
Maintain a calendar of key industry events and coordinate team participation.
Help prepare materials, presentations, and reports for the sales team as needed.
Support CRM updates and sales-related administrative tasks (data entry, follow-ups, etc.).
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, office coordinator, or receptionist role; experience supporting sales or marketing teams is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceedingly Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
1-3 year's of event coordination and vendor management experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
