Position Summary:
The Receptionist responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and performing clerical duties. The role also includes handling inquiries, participating in team meetings, and adhering to the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a role model for staff, clients, and customers is essential. Additional related tasks may be assigned by management.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Reception experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when necessary.
- Respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary.
- Welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.
- Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
- Understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance.
- Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm - 7:30pm (Part Time Hours)
Shift: 2nd
Work Location: Rosecrance Walnut - Champaign, IL
Work Mode: Onsite
Compensation & Rewards :Based on education, experience, and credentials
- Starting pay - $18.00/hr.
