Cache Valley Assisted Living is looking for a friendly, energetic, dependable individual to join our team as our weekend receptionist/Activities
This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment.
Anticipated hours would be 4 pm - 7 pm Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Communicating resident's needs with the care staff
- Greeting and assisting residents and family members in resolving concerns
- Any other duties as assigned by the administrator
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be able to multitask
- Be a team player
- Have a friendly attitude
- able to conduct an activity for a group
- Possess a love for the elderly population
- Excellent time management
- Able to remain calm under pressure
A background check First Aid/CPR and TB test are required upon hire.
Pursuant to the State of Utah rules and regulations governing assisted living communities we are not allowed to hire any person who has been convicted of a fellony or who is awaiting trial for a felony, a misdemeanor charge, or had a substantiated finding of abuse that would preclude them from working in our community. A background check will be run upon hire.
