We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming front office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring proper routing to relevant team members.
• Perform filing and maintain orderly records for easy retrieval.
• Conduct accurate data entry to support administrative operations.
• Scan and organize documents to maintain digital records.
• Create FedEx labels and manage outgoing mail using postage machines.
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.
• Support light administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and basic computer operations.
• Familiarity with postage machines and creating FedEx labels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
• A demeanor characterized by attention to detail and the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
