We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Post Falls, Idaho. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a customer-oriented approach, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and attentive manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering and transferring calls effectively and promptly.

• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing information.

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently.

• Support the team with additional tasks and projects as required.

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboards with up to 10 lines.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a detail-oriented environment.

• A positive and approachable attitude with a strong focus on teamwork.
