Front Desk Coordinator Salon & Spa

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a refined, fast-paced, and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist every guest, providing an exceptional and welcoming first impression
- Manage the salon and spa appointment schedule with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding services, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Handle payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the reception and retail areas
- Support management and service providers with administrative and operational needs
- Assist clients with product recommendations and service information
- Participate in marketing initiatives, special events, and client appreciation efforts
- Uphold the salon and spas professional standards at all times
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or client service representative (salon, spa, or hospitality experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
- Proficiency in salon/spa scheduling software and general computer applications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with editing and updating website content is strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
