As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our office operations seamless and ensuring every visitor and caller feels valued. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients, visitors, and team members with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate team members.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks as needed.

We’re on the lookout for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and has a knack for keeping things organized. Here’s what we’re seeking:
- Experience: 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone and in-person etiquette.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using basic office equipment and software.
