ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2016 and is home to a team of four. Im a second-generation State Farm agent, proudly continuing a family legacy that began 47 years ago at this very location. Before taking over the agency, I worked at a startup in California, helping grow it into a multi-million-dollar company specializing in packaging products.

I graduated from a local Christian college where I met my wife. Together, were raising three children, one in college at University of Washington and the other two are still in high school. I love the outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, and cycling, and Im deeply involved in my church and several local nonprofits.

We offer a casual office environment, PTO, team events and lunches, team-building activities, and birthdays off. We make it a priority to celebrate milestones and achievements together as a team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brian Pepelnjak - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
