Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers both in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle office communications efficiently.
- Assist with incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage with prospective and current customers to identify opportunities for insurance solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up on customer needs.
- Provide support to the team through various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable initiating and participating in sales conversations.
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
