ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ive built a career rooted in service, consistency, and growth. I started working for State Farm while in college and officially opened my own agency in 2000. Since then, Ive proudly served our community from the same location for 25 years. I hold a Bachelor's degree from the University of Akron, a Chartered Financial Consultant designation from the American College of Financial Services, and am Series 6 licensedbringing a depth of financial knowledge to the agency.

Our office is small but mighty, currently a team of three and looking to grow by one or two more. We have a loyal and close-knit culture where having fun, delivering exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships are at the heart of what we do. Our team is competitive, customer-centric, and always striving to growqualities that helped us earn the #1 multiple line agency award in our five-state zone. Outside the office, my family and I are active in a Christian-based charitable organization and heavily involved in supporting local high school sports and nonprofits.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jared Swank - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
