ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Im originally from Texas, but my family and I have called Colorado home for the past eight years. My husband, Eric, works alongside me in the office, and we have two grown kids. We live in Evergreen, where we love to hike and spend time outdoors. I hold a degree in Political Science and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University.

Ive been a State Farm agent for four years, and before that, I was a kindergarten teacher an experience that shaped my approach to leadership and service. I try to be the kind of boss Id want to work for: kind, compassionate, and supportive, while encouraging high standards and shared goals.

Our office culture is warm and family-like, and we take pride in our reputation for being prompt, reliable, and going above and beyond for our customers. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, and competitive compensation to support our team.

Im heavily involved in the community, serving on the Board of the Bootstraps Scholarship Organization and as Affiliate Chair for the Mountain Metro Association of Realtors Board. I also support local schools and nonprofits both financially and through volunteer work.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jennifer Gann - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
