ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has a long-standing legacy, first opening in 1992 and expanding to a multi-office operation in 2017. With 17 team members today, weve built a strong, experienced, and close-knit team. My journey with State Farm began in 1986 as a team member, which gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to grow a successful agency from the ground up.

We offer 401(k), health benefits, PTO, and flexibility when needed, along with three to four weeks of vacation and sick time. Our office culture is fun, energetic, and built on long-term relationships many of our team members have been with us for years.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jim Goldsworthy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
