ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our Agency is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented individual to be a Receptionist. If you are a person who has exceptional communication skills, professional office experience and the ability to work well with people from all walks of life, this is the place for you! RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Billing specialist
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to outstanding customer service.
• Property and Casualty Colorado insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
• Previous experience in a receptionist and/or customer service role.
• Interested in marketing products and services based on the individual, specific needs of our clients
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
