ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our Agency is looking for a friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented individual to be a Receptionist. If you are a person who has exceptional communication skills, professional office experience and the ability to work well with people from all walks of life, this is the place for you! We're looking for a team member who exhibits a commitment to helping people and can work fluidly in an environment that requires the balancing of multiple responsibilities. You will have the full support of our customer service team and will play a vital role in our day-to-day operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Billing specialist
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to outstanding customer service.
  • Property and Casualty Colorado insurance license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist and/or customer service role.
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on the individual, specific needs of our clients
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
