  • Ideal entry-level position for individuals enthusiastic about building communication and customer service expertise while gaining insight into the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with making outbound calls; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • No previous experience necessaryjust a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!
What Were Looking For:


  • Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Bilingual candidates are a strong plus!

  • Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)

What Youll Do:


  • Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to arrange appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications.
  • Accurately document and manage all scheduled appointments and follow-up communications.
  • Support the sales team by maintaining well-organized, fully booked calendars to optimize productivity.
  • Deliver courteous and professional interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
