I opened my agency in 2021, and were a small but mighty team of three. As a third-generation State Farm agent, this business is in my blood, and Im proud to continue the legacy of service and protection thats been part of my family for decades. Before becoming an agent, I was an All-American baseball player during college, and today Im happily married with a 15-month-old so I understand the importance of balancing a successful career with family life.
Community involvement is also a big part of who we are. We love connecting with the people we serve, whether its through events like Alive at 5 or simply being an active part of our local area. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
