Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Take incoming phone calls and walk-in traffic for payments, policy claims and other service-related tasks of the agency
• Distribute inquiries to producing team members for new business opportunities
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Quote property and casualty insurance
