RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers, managing appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Confirm all eligible policy discounts are applied and ensure timely collection of required underwriting documents to maintain policy eligibility.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and proactively following up on outstanding needs.
- Support the office with various administrative tasks to facilitate efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
