We are currently looking for a qualified Receptionist to support our Canemont & Fairmont offices located in Southwest Houston.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet all visitors to the WOM Office, ascertain their needs, and inform appropriate personnel.
  • Employ excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills in receiving incoming calls, identifying the nature of calls & routing appropriately, or taking messages.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude and workstation.
  • Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and responding to emails promptly.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Ensure office supplies, cleaning supplies, and coffee are regularly audited and replenished as required.
  • Stock coffee bar daily, keep tidy and update monthly bulletin boards, weekly cleaning of the coffee pots.
  • Manage conference room set-up maintenance and assist with new hire orientation.
  • Assisted in general duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Comply with all environmental, health, and safety rules.
  • Other tasks are required or prescribed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Syteline experience preferred but not required.
